Zinc Borate

Zinc borate is a white non-toxic fine powder, which is widely used in plastics, rubber, paints, ceramics, etc., especially as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant, and has a better effect when used with halogen-containing flame retardants. Zinc borate can be used as a flame retardant either alone or in combination with antimony trioxide, and in many cases it can be used instead of 30-60% antimony trioxide. The water loss temperature of zinc borate can reach 260℃,so it can be suitable for high processing temperatures.
