Zinc Phosphate
Zinc phosphate is a fine white powder, insoluble in water or alcohol, soluble in acids or alkalies. It is a new effective anticorrosive pigment. It can absorb moisture in the air. It is extensively used in paints with the various vehicles such as alkyd, phinolic, chlorinated rubber, epoxy and water, etc., having excellent anticorrosive properties. It is also used as flame retardant. In recent years, super fine zinc phosphate is developed, It's residue on 45 μm sieve has reached below 0.2%.
