Sinfeng was established in 1998 and has grown into a major supplier of vinyl chloride-acetic acid vinyl series resins in China over the years. Currently, the chloroacrylate series resins are divided into three production processes: aqueous phase suspension method, emulsion method, and micro-suspension method. Among them, the suspension method and micro-suspension method have a production capacity of 18,000 tons per year, while the emulsion method has a production capacity of 5,000 tons per year.
All products of Sinfeng have been tested by professional third-party testing institutions and have successfully passed the pre-registration and formal registration of EU Reach, EU SVHC, US FDA, RoHS, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phthalic acid salts, and ISO9001, etc.
FVAM--Carboxyl-Modified Vinyl Chloride/Vinyl Acetate Terpolymers
Grade FVAM: It is white powder,ketone soluble with colorless,transparent solution,and because of the carboxyl functional group,it has excellent adhesion on metal,especially on aluminum foil,the resin foil also has a good adhesion on PVC,ABS,paper,textiles,beton,etc. At the same time, it also has good water resistance, excellent oil, ester, acid, alkali and salt water solution resistance.

Application:
- PVC adhesive; Very good solubility and a certain ester solubility; Improving the glue yellowing resistance property ,it will not turn red or yellow, extend glue storage time. Improving the initial viscosity of the glue, to make the edge of the cutting board does not warping after film-to-board composition，it is suitable both for online and offline production ;
- PTP heat sealing lacquer in pharmaceutical packagings;It has good heat sealing strength for hard aluminum,in particular,it has better heat sealing strength for soft aluminum (tropical aluminum) than common terpolymers vinyl resin;
- Adhesive for strip nails; Dissolved solution transparency,it has good adhesion and flexibility to steel nails and row nails . No gel in winter, good alignment and no loosing nails;
- Hot stamping foil adhesive; Good compatibility with acrylic resin; Good adhesion on aluminized foil and the hot stamping substrate (leather, paper, PVC, ABS, metal, etc);
- Aluminizing film varnish; Good adhesion on aluminizing film substrate; very transparent film and high gloss;
